The York Branch YMCA will hold its 25th annual Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 25, at 9 a.m. This year's event will offer both in-person and virtual options. Those participating in person will traverse a 5K course through downtown York city alongside thousands of other trotters.

By participating in this the Turkey Trot 5K, people will support the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA adult cancer survivor program as proceeds will benefit in assisting those who are living with, through, or beyond cancer to regain strength and connect with other cancer survivors.

People who register in teams will have a chance to have their team name engraved on the Y Trophy and their photo highlights posted on the website and social media page.
