Students of the Month Honored

Elizabethtown Area High School recently recognized Audrianna Resetar and Jonathan "Jack" Myers as the Rotary Club Students of the Month for April. This honor celebrates students who exemplify excellence in academics, leadership, service, and involvement within the school and greater community.

Audrianna is the daughter of Eric and Amber Resetar of Elizabethtown. She has earned multiple Academic Excellence Awards throughout high school in a variety of courses, including honors biology, sociology, and honors 20th-century U.S. history in ninth grade; honors physics, honors pre-calculus, honors world history, and introduction to health sciences in 10th grade; and honors biochemistry/biotechnology, AP Literature and Composition, AP Calculus AB, honors anatomy and physiology, and Health 11 in 11th grade. She has also been recognized as a 2025 AP Scholar.

In addition to her academic achievements, Audrianna is involved in the school community as vice president of the Student Council and co-founder and co-president of the Debate Club. She is also an active member of Science Olympiad, participates in the Science Fair, and is a member of the National Honor Society (NHS).

Audrianna is also a three-sport varsity athlete, competing in girls' soccer, track and field, and girls' volleyball. She has received several athletic honors, including Competitive Heart Awards in hurdles and pole vault, a Coach's Award in hurdles, and a third-place finish in Indoor Leagues for pole vault. She is also a three-year league qualifier in track and field.

Outside of school, Audrianna volunteers with the Elizabethtown Boys Club, supporting youth sports programs, and has contributed to various Student Council-led service initiatives, including ECHOES. She attends St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Following graduation, Audrianna plans to attend a four-year college or university to major in chemistry or a pre-dental track, with the goal of attending dental school and becoming certified in forensic odontology.

Jack is the son of John and Kim Myers of Elizabethtown. He has received multiple underclassmen awards, including Academic Excellence Awards in honors chemistry, honors Algebra II, Spanish I, and technology and society.

Within the school community, Jack helps lead Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), is a member of NHS, and participates in Bible Club. He joined Link Crew in his junior year, where he has taken on a mentorship role supporting incoming students.

In addition to his academic and leadership involvement, Jack has been active in athletics throughout his high school career. He has participated in cross-country and baseball and is a varsity letter winner in both sports.

Beyond school, Jack serves as a camp counselor at FCA Power Camp, has volunteered with ECHOES, and assists the Elizabethtown Public Library by helping prepare for the annual fall book sale. Jack is an active member of Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church, where he participates in annual mission trips, supports the church tech team, and is currently interning with the youth pastor.

Following graduation, Jack plans to attend Messiah University to study the Bible and pursue a career in the ministry field, with aspirations of becoming a pastor, missionary, or spiritual director.
