Harp Concert Posted

The St. Peter's Musical Arts Concert Series will present a harp concert by Merynda Adams on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 4 p.m. The program will take place at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10 Delp Road, Lancaster.

Adams' career has taken her around the world, from London, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Canada, and Puerto Rico to some of New York City's most celebrated stages, including Carnegie Hall. Adams is the founder of Chamber Music for Charity and has presented lectures at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami; the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, UK; and the Cap Ferret Music Festival in France. She serves as an adjunct instructor of music at Drew University.

The 2026-27 Musical Arts Concert Series at St. Peter's brings a variety of musical performances to the local community. Freewill offerings are received at the concerts, and 10% of the offerings are donated to local charities and nonprofits. The donations have provided clothing, food, and shelter for people in need and helped people experiencing homelessness transition into permanent housing. This year, the series supports Off the Streets, a local ministry that serves people experiencing homelessness.
