St. Joan of Arc School in Hummelstown recently announced its list of students named to the distinguished honors list for the first trimester. Students in grades six through eight were recognized for their academic excellence.

Students in grade eight earning a place on the distinguished honors list are Carolyn Frey, Margaret Harrison, Peightyn Magruder, Ella Moore, Ryan Swallow, and Charlotte Wuenche. Seventh-graders named to the distinguished honors list include Ethan Angelo, Ian Coates, Sevrin Dion, Michael Dugan, Kiera DyReyes-Wuite, Juliana Heinz, Katherine Maitrejean, Niyanta Patel, Grace Reider, Angelika Virabyan, Savannah Wheeler, and Sebastian Williams. Grade six students earning a spot on the distinguished honors list are Clare Corona, Jack Costello, Beatrice Harbaugh, Chase Katchmore, Sofia Quianzon, Frances Safford, Maire Sheehan, and Harper Wolfe.
