Brazilian Table, a family-owned restaurant and specialty market in downtown Lititz, has been awarded a $30,000 Enhancement Grant through the Backing Small Businesses program, an initiative supported by American Express and administered by Main Street America. The business was selected as one of only 25 small businesses nationwide to receive the competitive grant.

The award builds upon an earlier $10,000 Backing Small Businesses grant that Brazilian Table received through the program. After completing the initial grant phase, the business was invited to compete for additional monies.

Brazilian Table offers authentic Brazilian cuisine, along with baked goods, coffee, groceries, and specialty imported products. The grant funding will support improvements intended to help Brazilian Table continue to grow, strengthen its operations, and enhance the customer experience.

The Backing Small Businesses program helps locally significant small businesses make physical improvements, expand operations, and strengthen long-term resilience. Since its launch in 2021, the initiative has invested millions of dollars in small businesses across the United States.
