For the second consecutive year, Bridge of Hope Lancaster was honored with the Division I Top Benchmark Award during the Bridge of Hope national annual conference, held from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2 in Lancaster County.

The award recognizes Bridge of Hope Lancaster's achievement in meeting or exceeding 13 of the 14 national program benchmarks. These benchmarks support family outcomes related to safe and sustainable housing, increased income, greater family resiliency, and supportive neighboring relationships with trained volunteers from Christian faith communities.

In addition to receiving the Division I Top Benchmark Award, Bridge of Hope Lancaster was recognized for serving the highest number of families across the Bridge of Hope network. The organization also received the Covenant Mission Award, which honors network locations that help families secure housing and connect with Neighboring Volunteers within 60 days of entering the program.

Bridge of Hope Lancaster also celebrated an individual honor during the conference when Lisa Mohler, assistant program director, received the peer-nominated Core Value Award for exemplifying Bridge of Hope's core value of following Jesus. The award recognizes individuals who consistently reflect Christ's love through their leadership, service, and commitment to the mission of ending family homelessness.

Together, these achievements reflect the theme of this year's national conference: "Hope Can't Wait: Building Home Through Church and Community."

Bridge of Hope is a national network of 18 locations across 10 states with a mission to engage Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ's love. The annual conference brings together staff and board leaders from across the network to learn innovative strategies, strengthen connections, and celebrate collective successes in ending family homelessness.
