Southern End Community Association (SECA) will offer a Women's Self-Defense Course on Mondays, April 18 to May 16, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the SECA Center, 299 Park Ave., Quarryville.

Taught by John C. Riehl, the class will include increased resistance training, assimilated attack scenarios, and body-armored assailant scenarios. There is a fee.
