NCEA Bright Lights Tour to Feature OMPH School

OMPH School will welcome a special visitor on Thursday, Sept. 24: Steven Cheeseman, president and chief executive officer of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA). The visit is part of the Bright Lights of Catholic Education Tour, a nationwide campaign in which NCEA seeks to celebrate and learn from the work happening in Catholic schools across the country. Cheeseman and members of the NCEA staff visit dioceses across the nation and then share the dioceses' stories, missions, and values through social media to the wider Catholic community.

During his visit to OMPH School, Cheeseman plans to meet with school leaders to gain insight into how the school is living its mission in ways that may inspire other schools. The visit will not only celebrate all that OMPH School has accomplished, but it will also serve as a call to action for the school to continue providing a Catholic education to a diverse group of people in the community.

OMPH is a Catholic preschool, elementary school, and middle school located in Ephrata. It welcomes children of all faiths who seek an education focused on reverence, respect, and responsibility. To learn more, call 717-738-2414 or visit http://www.omphschool.com.
