Jared Byas, a popular podcaster whose show has nearly 80,000 followers, will preach on the "Seven Moments That Changed How Scholars Saw the Bible" on Sunday, May 10, at 10:45 a.m. at Life Church Lancaster, 700 Brentwood Drive, Lititz.

Byas will walk through some of the big "aha" moments of biblical studies over the last 300 years. An hour-long question-and-answer session will follow. The event is free and open to the public.

Byas co-hosts the podcast "The Bible for Normal People" with Pete Enns. Active since 2017 with more than 400 episodes, Byas and Enns interview scholarly guests and offer guided tours through biblical books. As of March 2022, the podcast had reached 20 million downloads.
