Thirteen-year-old entrepreneur Bennett Dufrene, known on social media as Mr. Ice Cream Kid, alongside his father, Bernie Dufrene, has been selected as one of 14 finalists who will pitch their business plan at the Alibaba CoCreate conference. Bennett was chosen from hundreds of submissions. The conference will take place at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., on Friday, Sept. 6.

Bennett and Bernie will have 90 seconds to present their vision to a panel of celebrity judges, including Daymond John from "Shark Tank"; Everette Taylor, CEO of Kickstarter; Rudy Mawer, CEO of Mawer Capital; Jason Feifer, editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur magazine; Courtney Spritzer, CEO and co-founder of Socialfly; and Carmine Denisco, co-founder of Inventors Launchpad. Hosted by Daymond John and Christopher Guerrera of The Modern Inventor, the high-stakes pitch will be a focal point of the conference, with an audience of more than 2,000 attendees and an estimated 7 million online viewers via http://www.alibaba.com.

Bennett and Bernie will showcase their plans to expand Mr. Ice Cream, a brand known for its electric DelightBike, a revolutionary way to bring joy and ice cream to communities. Their vision aims to create new opportunities for entrepreneurs to make an impact and deliver joy wherever they go.

Following the pitch, Bennett and Bernie will receive feedback on topics such as their business model and product development process. The top five presenters will have an opportunity to participate in an extended advice session with John, Taylor, and Mawer.
