Vista Autism Services appoints Caldwell

Vista Autism Services has announced the promotion of Tim Caldwell to the position of director of research and program development. Caldwell joined Vista Autism Services in May as a BCBA field supervisor and has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

With a doctorate in ABA from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Caldwell brings a wealth of experience from both academic and clinical settings. He has served as an adjunct professor at Penn State Harrisburg, the Chicago School, and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he has been instrumental in educating and training future ABA professionals.

In his new role, Caldwell will provide clinical leadership, develop program strategies, and seek to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical services across all Vista programs. His areas of expertise include staff training, supervision, and the development of innovative ABA programs. Additionally, he is involved in research and serves as a reviewer for the journal "Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice." His research interests include staff and parent training, verbal behavior, and stimulus equivalence.

"We are thrilled to promote Tim to the position of director of research and program development," said Trevor Motley, chief operating officer of Vista Autism Services. "His extensive knowledge and commitment to advancing the field of ABA make him an invaluable asset to our organization. We look forward to his continued contributions as we work to enhance our services and improve the lives of individuals with autism."

Caldwell's leadership and expertise will play an important role in Vista's ongoing efforts to expand its services and provide the best possible care and support for individuals with autism and their families.
