UPMC recently announced the merger and renaming of its PinnacleHealth Neurosurgery and Neurosciences Institute, York Neurology Specialists and UPMC Pinnacle Neurosurgery to UPMC Neurological Institute. The merger and name change reflects the rapid evolution and advancement of these services in central Pennsylvania. The UPMC Neurological Institute encompasses neurology, neurosurgery, sleep medicine and electromyography (EMG).
