The King's Brass to perform at First UMC

First United Methodist Church (UMC), 29 E. Walnut St., Lancaster, will host Tim Zimmerman and the King's Brass on Sunday, Aug. 13, at 8:15 and 10:45 a.m.

The King's Brass consists of Christian professional musicians from across the United States who perform original arrangements, which can also be heard on the group's 15 recordings. For 40 years, The King's Brass has performed more than 100 concerts each season. The group's members play three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, keyboards, and percussion, and their repertoire ranges from Handel and Gabrieli to hymn classics and jazz spirituals.

First UMC holds worship services in person and online on Sundays at 8:15, 9:30 and 10:45 a.m. Child care is provided at all three services.
