A special "Surviving the Holidays" GriefShare seminar will be held on Monday, Nov. 15, at the Saltshaker Building, 2346 River Road, Bainbridge, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. A light supper, including holiday desserts, will be served.

People who have lost a loved one are invited to attend "Surviving the Holidays," which offers practical suggestions for navigating the holiday season during the journey of grief. Topics will include dealing with hard-hitting emotions, what to do about traditions, how to survive social events, and where to find comfort and strength. The seminar will include a video, discussion, and a holiday "Survival Guide."
