Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York, will offer a free and confidential dementia care support group on Thursday, Sept. 21, at 6 p.m.

During this month's meeting, hearing instrument specialist Kathleen Scheydt from Hearing Life will explain the different kinds of hearing loss and its effects on someone's cognitive, emotional and physical well-being.
