Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York, will present a free support group meeting on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 6:30 p.m. for caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.

Credentialed professional gerontologist Christine Harrop-Stein will present "Take Good Care of Yourself: You Belong to You." Harrop-Stein will share the importance of self-care as the caregiver, how to identify burnout, and what to do to overcome it.
