Spring ArtWalk in Lancaster set

The spring ArtWalk event will take place on Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, May 21, from noon to 4 p.m. The community event will showcase the talents of local artists and provide an opportunity to experience the arts scene in Lancaster with events happening across the city on both days.

This year, attendees can expect to see a variety of art mediums, including painting, sculpture and photography. There are 30 official ArtWalk stops on the map where local artists will display their work and offer unique experiences at various venues throughout the city, including galleries, museums, shops, and restaurants. There will also be hands-on demonstrations, exhibits, and meet-and-greets.

In addition to the art exhibits, there will be live music and performances and interactive activities for people of all ages. This year's event will also feature a special BIPOC exhibit on Gallery Row organized by artist Keisha Finnie.

In addition to the printed maps that can be picked up throughout Lancaster, there is also a new online map with interactive features and built-in navigation to help visitors explore all 30 ArtWalk stops easily. For details, visit http://www.lancasterartwalk.com.
