SNHA Posts Activities for Children

Susquehanna National Heritage Area (SNHA) and Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will host River Ranger 2025 activities from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays throughout the summer at Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, 41 Walnut St., Columbia.

Children ages 5 to 12 will learn about science, nature, history, and the local region. The dates and topics include June 19, River Monsters; June 26, Native Bees; July 10, Mayflies; July 17, The Water Cycle; July 24, The Fur Trade; July 31, Tracks and Traces; and Aug. 7, Fishing.
