The Arts at Millersville University will present "Smokey & Me: A Celebration of Smokey Robinson" starring Charl Brown on Saturday, Oct. 29. The show will take place at 7:30 p.m. on the Steinman Hall stage at the Ware Center, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster.

The show highlights the role that earned Brown a Tony nomination for "Motown: The Musical" and features an act devoted to the music of Smokey Robinson, songs he sang and ones he wrote, including "Shop Around," "Mickey's Monkey," "Going to a Go-Go," "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," "My Girl," "I Second That Emotion," "Tracks of My Tears," and others. The second act takes the audience through Brown's Broadway history with hit songs from "Hair," "Jersey Boys," "Pippin," "Sister Act," and more.
