The Strasburg Senior Citizens will hold a summer picnic during the group's meeting on Wednesday, June 21, at 1 p.m. at the Strasburg Fire Hall, 203 Jackson St., Strasburg. The event will include food, games, music and bingo.

Guests are welcome. There is a nominal registration fee at the door.

Strasburg Seniors is a nonprofit organization chartered in 1966 for the recreation and benefit of area senior citizens. Yearly membership in the Strasburg Seniors is open to residents of the greater Strasburg and surrounding areas who are age 50 and older. The group generally meets on the third Wednesday of every month, with a summer picnic and yearly Christmas party as well as outings and trips.
