Scouts take part in flag replacement effort

Members of Boy Scout Pack and Troop 28 in Paradise participated in a flag replacement on May 20. It was the groups' 24th year participating.

The Scouts visited seven Paradise-area cemeteries to replace a total of 485 flags with new ones provided by Lancaster County Veterans Affairs. Thirty markers were also replaced.

Boy Scout Pack and Troop 28 are sponsored by the Paradise Township Lions Club. For information on joining Boy Scouts, call Scoutmaster Duane Gregg at 717-823-3911.
