Royer's Flowers & Gifts recently donated $15,000 to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, which is based in Harrisburg and serves 27 counties. This donation is enough to fund 90,000 meals.

Of its 16 stores overall, family-owned Royer's operates 13, including the Stephenson's Flowers & Gifts store in Harrisburg, in the food bank's market region.

Tom Royer, president and CEO of Lebanon-based Royer's said the donation reflects the company's gratitude for the support it has received during the pandemic. Joe Arthur, executive director of the food bank, said the donation will help provide healthy, nutritious food to families, seniors and veterans who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
