Local youths are invited to register to participate in recreational basketball. The program was previously coordinated by the Eastern York Youth Basketball Organization (EYYBO), and this winter it will transition to Eastern York Recreation Authority (EYRA).

Programs are available for boys and girls in grades three through six who live in the Eastern York School District. The season will run from November through March. Evaluations for participants in all grades will be held the week of Monday, Oct. 16. Teams will practice twice per week with games on the weekends. All teams will play in the York Youth League.
