Program To Focus On Suffragettes

The Solanco Historical Society will hold its next program on Saturday, April 16, at 1:30 p.m. at the society's archives building, located across from the Robert Fulton Birthplace at 1932 Robert Fulton Highway (Route 222), Quarryville. The program is free and open to the public.

Robert Frick will give a presentation on 15 of the women who advocated for the passage of the 19th Amendment. Frick is a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, and he has a doctorate in educational administration from Temple University. He is still a teacher of school law and provides workshops for Pennsylvania school districts.
