Plichta Inducted Into Honor Society

Emily Plichta of Downingtown was recently was inducted into Psi Chi, the psychology national honor society.

Psi Chi was founded in 1929 with a mission to encourage excellence in scholarship and advance the science of psychology. To join Psi Chi, students must have completed at least three semesters, including nine semester credit hours or the equivalent of psychology courses. In addition, students must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) that is in the top 35% of their class or the college that houses psychology, and they must have a minimum 3.0 GPA for psychology courses.
