Downtown Oxford will return to its First Friday series on Sept. 3 from 3 to 7 p.m. with its seventh annual First Friday Car Show. In addition to cars, the event will feature music, automotive artwork, and an autograph-signing opportunity by the 2013 ISMA champion "Liquid" Lou Cicconi.

Vehicle registrants will receive a commemorative magnet and will be considered for a first-, second-, or third-place award in the car category as well as best of show in the bike and truck categories. The deadline to register a vehicle is Friday, Aug. 20. There is a fee for registration. If spots are available, late registrations will be welcomed until 4 p.m. on the day of the event. A limited number of VIP registrations are available at an additional cost.

All registered vehicles must enter the show heading north at the intersection of South Third and Hodgson streets. Show car parking will begin at 2 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis with the exception of VIP spots.
