Miller's Smorgasbord has announced that it has been awarded second place in USA Today's 10Best for Buffet Restaurant in the nation in 2025.

Miller's Smorgasbord, Lancaster County's original smorgasbord since 1929, is known for its made-from-scratch approach to both Pennsylvania Dutch favorites and American classics. Guests enjoy a selection of homestyle dishes, paired with a dessert spread that includes everything from chocolate pecan pie to freshly baked cheesecake, which are crafted daily at the on-site Miller's Bakery.  

Nominees for all categories are chosen by a panel of relevant experts which include a combination of editors from USA TODAY, editors from 10Best.com, relevant expert contributors, and sources for both these media and other Gannett properties.

Once the 20 nominees are in, readers get to vote. All voting is digital, and the 10Best Readers' Choice Award contest is accessible on the 10Best.com website. Voting for the best buffets in the nation started in April and ended on May 16.
