Martin Meylin Middle School recently recognized the Students of the Month for October and November. Students were honored for demonstrating tenets of responsibility: self-discipline, self-control, punctuality, completing work on time and to the best of their ability, and fulfilling obligations.

In October, the core subject teachers chose the honorees. The Students of the Month in sixth grade were Kaitlyn Barrall, Alexandra Bournelis, Brielle Grove, Ava Menapace, Rudra Patel, Avery Petruso, Sophia Sharpe and Dominic Walmer. In seventh grade, the honorees were Lucy Boyd, Jacoby Campadonico, Lucas Crawford, Kaylee Mackenzie, Leah Steffy, Norah Steffy, Riley Tollaksen and Carter Wilson. The school also recognized eighth-graders Jackson Allison, Emma Avigdor, Addison Deckman, Brianna Jackson, Bella Kinert, Brody Lawrence, Kiki Ray and Kyle Wagner.

In November, the creative arts teachers selected the honorees. The school recognized Judy Al-Kerdi, Gannon Black, Noah Brubaker, Baylee Cunningham, Elliot DeBruin, Emaly Jones, Luke Metzler, Olivia Rosa, Eden Weidman, Micah White and Olivia Zook.
