The singer-songwriter duo Maggie Spike will perform on Sunday, Sept. 26, at 2 p.m. at the Eicher Arts Center, 409 Cocalico St., in Ephrata Borough's Grater Park.

Maggie Spike consists of Eric and Peggy Gernerd. They will play several stringed instruments, performing both original compositions and covers of songs by others. Their repertoire spans genres such as folk, rock, jazz, reggae, Celtic and world music.

The duo will play on the deck of the historic Eicher House. Audience members are urged to wear face masks and bring folding chairs with them for outdoor seating.

Admission is free, but donations to the nonprofit Eicher Arts Center Inc. will be accepted. The performance is part of the Eicher Arts Center's 2021 schedule of free Sunday afternoon cultural and entertainment events.
