Linden Hall Names Permanent Head Of School

With guidance from Nashville-based educational search firm The Education Group, the Linden Hall Head of School Search Committee selected Dr. Nan Wodarz as the interim head of school in May 2020. Effective immediately, the board of trustees of Linden Hall School for Girls in Lititz appointed Wodarz as the permanent head of school.

For the past year and a half, Wodarz has proven to be a champion for the education of girls. Her depth of experience, strong sense of vision and purpose, sharp intellect, financial acumen, and steadfast integrity have enabled Linden Hall to thrive.

Wodarz is the first female head of school in Linden Hall's 275-year history. She has completed post-doctoral work at The Wharton School, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Founded in 1746, Linden Hall is believed to be the oldest all-girls boarding school in the country. It is a nationally recognized school for girls in grades six through 12. To learn more, visit http://www.lindenhall.org.
