Kyle Keen recently joined Everence Financial as the director of organizational services for the company's offices in Lancaster, Ephrata, Mount Joy, Mechanicsburg, Chambersburg and Belleville. This is a newly designed position to better serve and grow relationships with organizational clients.

Before joining Everence, Keen served as director of wellness innovation at ConnectCare3, a provider of health and wellness programs to employers. He has more than a decade of experience in corporate wellness and preventative solutions from coaching to consulting and is a certified corporate wellness specialist.

Keen graduated from Messiah University with a degree in health and exercise science. He earned a Master of Science in health care administration and strategic management from Liberty University. He lives in Lititz with his wife, Alyson, and their two children.
