WCR Center for the Arts, 140 N. Fifth St., Reading, invites community members to join its Knitting & Crochet Club, a gathering for yarn enthusiasts of all skill levels. The club will meet on Wednesdays, Nov. 5 and Dec. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the WCR Gallery.

Each meeting will feature an informal mix of stitching, conversation, and sharing ideas. Participants may learn new techniques, exchange project tips, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow makers in a relaxed gallery setting.

The program is free to attend, and participants should bring their own projects and supplies. Free parking is available in the lot behind WCR by turning onto Madison Avenue from Washington Street, and metered parking on Fifth and Walnut streets will become free at 6 p.m.
