Homestead Village will host an open house at the Bachman Center, 633 Community Way, Lancaster, on Thursday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to noon. Refreshments and registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. A presentation and question-and-answer session will be held at 10 a.m., followed by a guided campus tour at 11 a.m.

The seminar will discuss how to make the move to Homestead Village. A panel of Homestead Village staff will discuss understanding the application process, details about entrance fees and monthly rates, how the Continuum of Care model benefits residents, the best time to join a waiting list, the new Townstead Apartments at Homestead Village, and more.
