The Solanco Historical Society will host writer and speaker Jack Brubaker on Saturday, Aug. 19, at the society's archives building, 1932 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville. The free program will begin at 1:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

Brubaker's presentation will be "An Update on the Conestoga Indians," providing information about the murder of local Native Americans by the Paxton Boys.
