The Elizabethtown Historical Society, 57 S. Poplar St., Elizabethtown, will hold a program titled "Native Peoples of the Susquehanna," presented by local historian and educator Abby Teaford, on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m.

Teaford will explore the history of the Indigenous communities that have inhabited the Susquehanna Valley for thousands of years. The program will cover various aspects of their culture, daily life, interactions with early European settlers, and lasting legacy in the region.

The program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
