HARTZ Physical Therapy recently announced that Crystal Hitz will be taking over as clinic director at the clinic located at 755 E. Main St., Mount Joy. Hitz will manage the day-to-day business of the clinic, oversee a staff of four and serve as the senior physical therapist on staff.

Hitz graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2017. She is joining the HARTZ Physical Therapy team with clinical experience in an inpatient neuro rehab hospital, as well as an outpatient orthopedic office.

From a clinic leadership perspective, her most recent position was at the level of assistant clinic director. She is a direct access licensed clinician and has expanded her clinical skillset throughout the years with advanced training in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and temporomandibular disorders and is pursuing a Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy McKenzie Certification.
