HARTZ Physical Therapy has announced Dr. Elizabeth Franze as the clinic director and senior physical therapist at the HARTZ Physical Therapy clinic located at 755 E. Main St., Mount Joy.

Franze will oversee a staff of three, whose primary goal is to rehabilitate individuals with orthopedic impairments and to help them return to and exceed their prior functional levels. Franze has prior physical therapy experience, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as prior management experience.
