Zachary Hahn and Emma Adair have been selected as the Seniors of the Month for September at Manheim Central High School. The Manheim Women's Club sponsors the Girls of the Month, and the Rotary Club of Manheim sponsors the Boys of the Month. Seniors of the Month are chosen by the professional staff of the high school based on academic achievement, character, and involvement within the school and community.

Zachary, 18, is the son of David and Michelle Hahn of Manheim. Zachary is on the football, basketball, and track and field teams. He has received All-State and All-League football honors. Zachary is a district qualifier for javelin in track and field. In the community, Zachary has been involved in the cleanup of the Manheim Square and volunteering with MAA football, spring flag football, and the Manheim Community Library spring book sale. Zachary plans to attend college to study business and sports management and play football.

Emma, 17, is the daughter of Amy Adair and Josh Adair of Manheim. Emma has played field hockey for six years. She is also involved in Interact Club, video yearbook club, Spanish club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Baron Nation Network, and the STN/Broadcasting Convention. At Manheim Brethren in Christ Church, she is a student leader for middle-schoolers in the youth group, a volunteer speaker for the youth group, an intern, and a Core Team member. She is also a Quest Kids Ministry helper and has participated in mission trips to West Virginia, New York City, and Costa Rica. Emma has been a math tutor as well as a coach for a youth field hockey camp. Emma plans to attend college to study early childhood education.
