What is the mission of York Fresh Food Farms?

Our mission is to cultivate community health through access, affordability, and agriculture. We serve the City of York to increase access to to safe, healthy food choices and build a healthier community through the operation of a sustainable, organic, community-based demonstration farm and Mobile Produce Market.

Why is the organization excited to participate in Give Local York this year?

We hope to connect with more neighbors and inform folks throughout the city of our services and opportunities. We want to make safe, affordable produce accessible to all and would love to have more people behind us, supporting our mission and increasing the likelihood of that access.
