What is the mission of Keystone Christian Academy (KCA)?

It is the mission of KCA to partner with families to equip children to thrive spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. KCA students benefit from small class sizes where teachers are individualizing education to meet the needs of each student. KCA works with students who struggle in ordinary "one-size-fits-all" schools that have rigid structure and discipline, offering them the alternative of a customized education adapted to each child's learning style with sensitivity to their emotional needs. Discipline is addressed through compassionate guidance and a restorative approach that seeks to get at the heart of the student's behavior.

Why is the organization excited to participate in Give Local York this year?

Last year, KCA received a significant amount of contributions through Give Local York that were generously enhanced. We hope to build upon that success and draw even more attention to our worthy cause and help more children this year!
