What is the mission of Autism York?

The mission of Autism York is to provide support to individuals on the autism spectrum, their parents, families, and friends. Our group exists for the sole purpose of providing support in a safe and friendly environment and to promote understanding and respect of all families and the choices they make regarding therapies and interventions.

Why is the organization excited to participate in Give Local York this year?

Autism York is so excited to participate in Give Local York because it gives us a chance to connect to and reach out to local nonprofits, businesses, and families in a new way for a common good! We all want to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve, and Give Local York is an excellent way to help spread awareness of Autism York and the services we offer.
