A Girl Scout starter troop for girls entering grades two and three will meet on Sundays, July 11 to Aug. 8, from 6 to 7 p.m. The meetings will be held at West Earl Park, 189 S. State St., Leola.

Participants will join older Girl Scouts in the Wow! Wonders of Water program. Attendees will explore the wonders of water and the importance of protecting this resource. They will also learn more about being a Girl Scout. The older Girl Scouts will earn their Program Aide Award.
