Two Snapology classes will be offered on Tuesdays, Oct. 17 to Nov. 14, in the gym at the GEARS Community Center, 70 S. Poplar St., Elizabethtown. There will be no class on Oct. 31.

Shapes, Colors and Numbers will be available for children ages 2 to 4 accompanied by a parent from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Using DUPLO blocks and their imagination, participants will identify shapes in their environment, recognize colors and explore the magic of numbers.

Pokemania, for children ages 5 to 12, will take place from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Through Pokemon-focused activities, the program will seek to ignite a passion for science.

A trip to Pheasant Run Farms Bed and Breakfast in Lancaster County and Longwood Gardens will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30. The group will depart at 9:30 a.m. from Clearview Lanes, 1990 W. Main St., Mount Joy. At Pheasant Run, attendees will have lunch and explore a restored 1842 farmhouse and 1808 barn with original stonework and beams. At Longwood Gardens, participants may enjoy the festive conservatories and outdoor holiday lights displays.
