Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently hired Jessica Francis as business solutions officer.

With more than 20 years of banking experience, Francis began her career at Bank of Lancaster County before joining PNC. For the past eight years, Francis was employed by Marine Bank & Trust Company in Vero Beach, Fla.

In her role with JBT's business solutions team, Francis will work with new and existing business clients to identify and customize solutions to help businesses increase efficiency and profitability while also providing fraud protection solutions.

A graduate of Penn Manor High School, Francis lives in Lancaster.
