First Capital Federal Credit Union (FCU) welcomed high school students from across York County for the York County Alliance for Learning's (YCAL) Career Exploration Day on Nov. 13.

This program is designed to introduce students to the financial services industry to help guide them with future career decisions. Students took a tour of First Capital FCU and learned about each department of the credit union. They also participated in a career panel discussion with First Capital FCU employees.
