Valosh patisserie celebrated its grand opening at 23 E. High St., Elizabethtown, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by members of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce on May 6. In attendance were Chamber representatives, community members, customers, family members and friends.
