ECS, a commercial cleaning service in the Mid-Atlantic area, will move its offices from Annville to the Flightpath Sports Park, where it purchased six acres in May.

The new corporate support center, which broke ground in September, will have 22,000 square feet of space and open in the summer of 2023. The pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings has been custom designed in-house by the HR Weaver team and will feature 17 offices, two conference rooms and a large, open work area. In addition, a welcome center is planned with a large, glass curtain wall to entice visitors, vendors and clients to come inside.

ECS also has offices in Bethel; Atlanta, Ga; Amsterdam, N.Y.; South Boston, Va.; and Orlando, Fla. Even though the branches of ECS reach out to multiple states, its roots are in central Pennsylvania. The company also has warehouse distribution labor support and locally provides residential carpet cleaning and power washing services.
