Cocoa Packs will hold its signature fundraising event, Heart 4 Hunger, on Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Hotel Hershey, 100 Hotel Road, Hershey, at 5:30 p.m. Online bidding for the silent auction will be available to attendees and the general public.
