Sean Devine has joined the Prima team as the new development director. With decades of experience as a performing arts leader, Devine is committed to advancing Prima's mission and programming by connecting people with opportunities to invest in Prima and caring for the organization's supporters.

Hailing from Hershey, Sean performed at Hersheypark in his youth. Later, he went on a national tour with the doo-wop group the Alley Cats.

Throughout his career, Devine has lived in Southern California and Nashville. He worked for Disney and held music leadership positions in numerous award-winning vocal groups. From 2008 to 2022, he served as the director of development and planned giving manager for Harmony Foundation International.

Since returning to Pennsylvania to be closer to family, Devine managed a $9 million capital campaign for the Salvation Army of Harrisburg. He also founded Parkside Harmony, a 50-voice choir in Hershey, and serves as the group's artistic director. Devine is a certified performance coach for arts ensembles and presenters, and is sought after internationally for his expertise.
