Dementia Friendly Lancaster will hold a Memory Cafe on Wednesday, June 4, at 10 a.m. in the theater at Garden Spot Village, 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland.

The event will be hosted by Harry Urban, who has dementia, and his wife, Hazel, his care partner, as well as Melody Karick, ForgeWorks dementia consultant and educator.

The monthly gatherings are designed to provide hope and encouragement to people with a dementia diagnosis. Anyone living with dementia and their care partners are welcome to attend. Memory Cafe is held on the first Wednesday of each month.
